When the parameters of the centrifuge is to be determined, several questions have to be addressed, for example:

>> What max. capacity of rotors (volume) is required?

>> What max. rotation speed of rotors (rpm) is required?

>> What is the total volume of the samples?

>> What is the size of container/tube you want to use for the samples?

>> What is the sample volume in each container/tube?

When all these questions have been answered, the parameters of the centrifuge can then be determined.
